You have a list of everything you could do next. That is the problem.
Bird & Ivy reads your business and tells you what to sell next, and in what order. Strategy and authority for your growth.
Why the order matters more than the offer
Most people building a course should be building a list. That is not because the course is a bad idea. It is because a course sells to a room, and right now there is no room.
Your plan is not too hard. It is too long. Nine of the eleven things on it are not wrong. They are early.
Offers do not fail because they are the wrong offer. They fail because they are in the wrong order. List, then bundle, then community, then course. Every stage pays for the next one, and skipping ahead is the reason a launch goes quiet.
The Ladder
The LadderList
Owned & reachableA way to reach the people who already watch you, without paying a platform for permission.
Bundle
Tested & pricedThe things you already make, sold together, so one buyer is worth more than one item.
Community
Room & reasonA room people pay to stay in, once there are enough of them to talk to each other.
Course
Taught & repeatableThe thing you teach once and keep selling, to the room you already built.

What the Brief is
The Creator Brand Brief is one document. It reads what you already have, the shop, the channel, the workshop, the pattern, and it hands back three things: what to sell next, why that one and not the other ten, and the first move you make Monday.
The price is on the page, there is no call, and the document ends.
Nothing renews, and nothing gets added later to make it look bigger.

Who it is for
You make something with your hands and you already sell it. You have started teaching it, through a channel, a workshop, or a pattern for sale. You have a list of everything you could do next and no order to it.
Who it is not for
Anyone who has nothing to sell yet. The Brief reads what exists, so if the shop is not open and nothing has sold, there is nothing to read and you would be paying for guesses. Also anyone who wants someone else to run it. This is a recommendation you carry out.
The packs
After the Brief there are template packs for the moves it names. They run $37 to $197, they are bought separately, and they are separate on purpose. If the Brief tells you to build a list and you would rather write the emails yourself, that is the cheaper path and it works.
You should know what you are doing Monday.
Six questions, and it tells you where you already are in the order.
